No. Site visits, pickup and drop, and your verified shortlist are free. If any fee applies to your purchase, it is written on your cost sheet before you book. Nothing is added later.
CostAre there hidden charges on the property price?
No. Before booking you get a written cost sheet for the exact unit: base price, development and amenity charges, GST where applicable, and a stamp duty and registration estimate. If a number changes, we explain why.
Response timeHow fast will you respond?

VerificationHow do you check that a property is legally safe?
Every project is checked for RERA registration and HMDA or DTCP approval, and title documents are reviewed with partner advocates before we show it to you. We share the RERA number so you can verify it yourself on the TS-RERA website.
PaymentCan you help me get a home loan, and how do payments work?
